Taylor Construction & Management LLC is a Texas-based construction company with a legacy of excellence spanning over four decades. With previous offices in New York City and Las Vegas, our company brings a national perspective combined with strong roots in the Texas market, where Mr. Taylor has been active for the past 15 years. With 43 years of experience in the construction industry, our leadership is seasoned, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering top-tier results.
Our mission is straightforward: to deliver exceptional construction services to every client at fair and competitive pricing. We are a company built on honesty, integrity, and yes—profitability—while consistently placing our clients’ best interests at the forefront.

• Fully Insured & Safety-Focused: Safety is non-negotiable. We have a robust safety program in place that is strictly adhered to on all job sites.
• Dedicated Project Teams: Each project is assigned a full-time Superintendent, a Project Manager, and a Project Engineer, tailored to the specific size and scope of the work. Our goal is always to keep the same team in place from start to finish, ensuring project continuity.
• Transparent Billing: We only bill for PE and PM time based on their actual involvement—unlike many competitors, we don’t charge full-time costs if they’re only part-time on your project.
• Office Support: Our in-house team includes accounting, estimating, and clerical staff available five days a week to support your project needs.
We pride ourselves on building strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including city inspectors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Our goal is to minimize change orders and unexpected costs through diligent planning and coordination before and during construction. This proactive approach helps our clients stay on schedule and within budget.
